The “doors” of Beauty by Bliss first opened to South East Queensland brides in 2013 and since then we have expanded to cater to all aspects of beauty. Our small business start up journey has been nothing short of incredible; from an entirely mobile hair and makeup service, to a home studio, and now a full service salon in the heart of Brisbane city – with so much further to go!

Booking Terms & Conditions: 

Booking deposits are non-refundable and are not able to be transferred to a new date, altered appointment or other client and form the cancellation fee if a booking is cancelled for any reason. If a partial cancellation of a Hair & Makeup booking is requested (i.e. removal of hair or makeup portion), the deposit paid will form the cancellation fee for the cancelled service and the full balance of the original services booked will be payable at the appointment as usual.

COVID-19 Terms & Conditions:

Whilst our policy states that all deposits are strictly non-refundable/non-transferable, we appreciate the current state of the world and updated our terms and conditions in March, 2020 to safeguard both our clients and the business. 
 
If your event is cancelled due to a Government mandated lock down for QLD or SEQ, we will credit your deposit paid towards a future event (subject to availability).

If your event has been rescheduled, postponed or cancelled not under the circumstances of a Government mandated lock down but still due to covid, we will just require written documentation from the event coordinator in order to extend your deposit in credit towards a future date.

In the case of the individual testing positive for COVID-19 or requiring self-isolation, a positive or pending test result with isolation requirements will need to be shown in order to extend your deposit in credit towards a future date.

In the event that Reanin tests positive for COVID-19 and is unable to proceed with your appointment, we will process a refund of the deposit paid and assist in finding a replacement artist where possible.
 
Please contact us for further information should your booking be affected. Your pre-paid booking deposit can be transferred to a new date (please note that this will be subject to Reanin’s availability but there is no expiration for your credit). If the new date is available, your appointment will be moved to the same time slot as your original booking where possible to ensure fairness for all clients. 
 
If Reanin is not available on your new date, your pre-paid deposit credit can be used for a future event/date.
 
Please note that if you are booking this appointment and will be travelling interstate or from overseas to attend, the above terms and conditions do still apply. In circumstances where we (in QLD) are operating as usual and you are unable to make your appointment due to covid restrictions in your location, we will happily offer you the option to transfer your credit to a friend/family member who might like to use it in the event that you would not like to use the credit in future for yourself. These are the only circumstances under which a credit of a deposit may be transferred to another name. 
 
The above terms extend to any events cancelled or rescheduled during a QLD mandated lockdown or scheduled within two weeks of the end of a QLD mandated lockdown. If your event is outside of these parameters, our covid specific terms and conditions will not apply and appointments will be treated as cancellations under our normal terms and conditions outside of those time frames. 
 
Your rescheduled appointment will be subject to existing pricing at the date you request to reschedule (ie. if pricing has increased since your original booking, your rescheduled booking would be at the current rates). 
 
As this is a very possible reality for any events currently scheduled we ask that you consider these terms and conditions prior to booking your appointment as we will be unable to make exceptions in order to remain fair to all clients under all circumstances. 
 
We understand that this is an unsettling time with many plans and events up in air. As always, Reanin is doing everything in her power to accommodate her clients whilst trying to ensure that her business is not negatively impacted.
 
We hope you can understand that we are managing hundreds of bookings at this time, with every client being our highest priority and will always strive to find a solution to suit everyone.
